I really hate to flip through the Yellow Pages and call up every title company at random and ask the same thing and then have to explain the wholesaling process for them like I had to do with this particular title company.

How would you be able to locate their criteria just by riding through some random area looking at homes without being able to see the homes from the inside to tell how many bedrooms and bathrooms it has or what year it was built.

The way the auction works, if there are multiple bidders tied for the lowest rate, then the auction software randomly picks one of the bidder numbers to be the winner.
