Its pure cash flow and that's it..

Those cheap entry level Badger disposals are pure junk and won’t last and rust badly.

.- Way better rate than a PURE rental property.- You can still rent it out for the overwhelming majority of the year.- You have to "promise" that you will personally go on vacation there once a year.

Biggest piece of advice is to make sure the numbers work BOTH as a house hack and pure rental.
