Make sure you take into account all of the perks that come with a job; Paychecks, benefits, health insurance, access to printers, office supplies, etc. 

I would post it here, but every time I answer someone's question and point them to the appropriate resource I get flagged somehow by BP for self promotion even though most the resources I suggest have nothing to do with me, then nobody benefits from hearing about the resource but that's BP's loss I guess.

I'm still optimistic that technology will heal the industry by giving quality sponsors the tools they need to bypass intermediaries providing little or no value.

Advertisements include looking for or offering deals, services or funding or self promotion of any kind.

They are an elderly couple whom have resident status in another state and are looking to sell due to the failing health of the husband.

In the same series they post about how they wouldn't let the repair people or landlord on the premises and made multiple calls to code enforcement and county health department.  

The program's focus is to protect the health, safety and welfare of the public.

Very dangerous and a threat to both his health and the overall "health" of your property.
