One of the quickest ways to fail at achieving your goals is to get too focused on doing everything right and not rewarding yourself if you have not done things perfectly.

You can't win the prize if you don't buy a ticket!

Also, I think people need to be educated on the risk/rewards available in the international market.

Part of me wants to err on the side of safety while the other part is reminding me that the rewards you get are for taking some risk.

I don't want to give them a prize for the doing the agreed upon, responsible, adult thing like paying their rent.

it seems to me that preforeclosures is a little better of a business to get into, but both to me have different risks and both seem to have good reward.
