I have the vision, but need a developer to bring it to fruition.I've done some minimal research on a few communities in Austin and most of them appear to just be getting their feet under them.

By what I took it for, I begin setting high expectations and concentrating mentally, educationally and financially to create a vision for my future. 

@Alexander Kempf I would recommend both if you have the time.Becoming a developer requires vision and leadership skills as well as technical aptitude.

Take action and FULLY COMMIT to what your vision and goals are!

I also assume a lot of people are like me: filled with big vision but lacking capital.

I am writing this, my first post on the BP forums, to introduce myself and my vision for the future and see what y'all think.I currently live in Parker, Colorado (South East Denver) with my fantastic wife and youngest daughter. 

@Harrison Elenowitz, I just used the town site (Vision).

I am a very tactical and hands on type of person, but it does not fit my vision to be this way in my business to buy properties.

I have strong vision and a strong will to see it come true.

Have vision and do your homework.
