It seems that there is a very limited number of well-known places for online marketing (MLS etc, Craigslist, Facebook, Instagram) so, aside from advertising on the Dark Web somewhere :-) , one's personal connections is the main way to bring additional buyer leads.

And that kind of attention to detail is what separates firms like yours from the "order takers"  or "processors" we're seeing who can generate forms and create a web site but don't have your years of procedural experience. 

I found some things online, but I trust these boards more than the wild web.  

I've read several articles all over the web and in the forums Pockets about the value of having a license.

When broker prepare an property offering memorandum, they include information about the market and sub-market that you can double check on the web easily.

The numbers are as close to accurate as I could find out, using a property tax look up web site, the rento meter site and information from the agent.Renovation costs are based on my own observation from the listing pictures and limited feed  back from a selling agent email..so in reality the rehab costs are just a guestimate at this stage.
