With that being said, we are a little more hands with each file vs. some of these larger companies that happen to be on Pause for the time being.Our clients like to know where we sit from a leverage side of things as it may dictate where they submit their offer price at. 

Let your guests decide whether the issue is one that would give them pause. 

I take a pause on the listings with one picture and go a little deeper into rents, comps, etc., knowing plenty of people will pass it over.

What I notices is that the general population typically takes a very quick pause due to everything being all over the media and blown out of proportion.

with alot of the big non QM and non owner occ lenders pausing.. having a go to lender that will actually process and close refi's or new purchases is going to be critical to the non owner occ side of the business.. 

We may just pause the listings until spring.   

Though asset prices have continued to rise (or stabilize), the increased interest rate has given pause to some sellers and definitely to most buyers. 

This is causing people to pause their plans, and ask the question, “Do I really want to buy right now?”

Lenders are cherry picking only the most profitable loans and pricing everything else higher.SFR o/o $250k to $510k 740 FICO W2.As long is that is a dime a dozen, everyone else (unless you started a couple weeks ago) is kind of on pause.
