They don't need jobs and they actually see moving to Asheville as a downgrade/better deal then where they are moving from.Asheville has a really good art scene, excellent food options and plenty of outdoor activities.

Your RENT Is guaranteed, a short term lease is with the agency, tenants calls THEM if need be.Your property is better cared for with a homeowner than a section 8 renter, and the agency can place furniture if your unit is unfurnished.

I agree with this and I would add to the list... outdoor fire pits.Some landlords don't do garbage disposals, but we do in some of our rental houses and have not had a problem doing so.Some landlords don't do dishwashers, but it is expected in some rental markets to provide such.

Basically, if it is within 30 minutes in any direction of Coral Gables (to pick a central starting point) and the area isn't rough (look for typical indicators....plywood over windows, bars over windows and doors, chopped up cars in the front lawn, lots of "outdoor" furniture in front of the house, etc.), you'll be able to sell it after rehab.Best price range?
