Just set up a nice place, air,vrbo and direct and the rest takes care of itself(considering you are investing in place where STR are allowed and have done associated diligence)

Not going to manage this one, planning to hire a local PM (have been intro'd to one that's been very helpful so likely to go with them) Nice.

It will cash flow very nicely once all 10 units are renovated and rented out

Buyers are looking for an appealing home that has nice finishes and the space they need.

-Garages would be a nice addition, but I would think you need to check the surrounding places and see if that would be a huge step up or not.

It was nice to have a virtually private workshop with 3 experts, but I am certain most people who paid wanted to attend.  

I looked up the title insurance table you were nice enough to send me. 

I send a message asking if everything is good with the house and we leave a nice treat in the fridge from a local German bakery.So after 10 years we get a response like " The house is beautiful we appreciate the attention to detail and thank you so much for the treat"This sets the stage for a 5 star review.
