I have to say “suuuuper inspiring” I don’t know if you’ve heard of Mr. money mustache but everyone should really start listening or reading his blogs.

Start reading Mr Money Mustach and/or Afford Anything.

And I'm not opposed to keeping the earnest money if they try to milk the contingency.  

I have been using a paid app called Remember the Milk, but I am likely to switch to Google Tasks in the not too distant future. 

One thing that drives me nuts about these "gurus" is how they all shill to their lists for one another's programs, trying to milk folks for every conceivable cent on affiliate marketing commissions.

I was going to say it would have been classic if they added, "Oh, and we're out of milk" to the "letter".

Here's how you use these percent rules:2% = the milk you drink50% = is the amount of people (I looked this up) that drink 2% milk70% = the amount of people that used to drink 2% milk 10 years agoOther than that, for REI, these percentages are useless. 

Many of these high flyers are milking the Dot Com failed ideas.

But even with Bars on the Windows, thieves always would find  a way in, like in the old fashion Milk shutes.....They would slip a little kid in the milk shuts and they would unlock the doors, so we had to seal shute the milk shuts.
