Everything had been moving smoothly with all things then just today had 1 of my renters text me she could not pay the rent on time this month.

She tells me she was there only three days, but a manager texted me that he couldn't get in on the 8th day because she was there moving things out.

@Jason Andler didn't get anything I asked for out of my agent, she hasn't done anything my freind and I are negotiating, she told me she spent hrs on the phone with my freinds agent but that was debunked and used to justify her commission

We did that, then she told me she found out her employer offered a 5% discount on a home and would pay closing costs.

However tonight my coworker told me she lives across the street from it and that when she gets home from her second shift job at around 11:30pm more often than not there are multiple people standing on the porch of this building drinking and yelling and having a good time, and that often the police show up there and many times while my coworker has lived in her building for the past two years an ambulance has showed up and put one of the tenants in a stretcher and taken them away to the hospital.

And it's pretty obvious that your tenants "lied" (although they might contend they didn't actually lie, just didn't tell you the entire story) but then, many tenants lie or shade the truth.I once had a tenant who told me she had "several" children. 

I may ne interested in what you're doing,  may be able to give some input,  or possibly even team up with you if things mesh.

Don’t forget about amenities, toilet paper, paper towels, towels, sheets, blankets, maybe think about cribs for people traveling with kids, cable, WiFi, TV, routers, curling irons, irons, blowdryers.

She also told me she is beginning to lose faith in the program because of very little communication within SC Stay.
