We do not watch or listen to people as they are in our house, but we recently had some things out of place and went back and checked our cameras.

Don't listen to these two, they are talking about investing based on fear and recent memory as opposed to what makes sense for your goals. 

(But I've been listening to BP podcasts the last 2 months and read all the Rich Dad, Poor Dad books).  

Read books, listen to podcasts and evaluate some deals. $11k for a wholesaling group seems way over the top for a beginner.
