In California, you would be very hard pressed to find a judge that would allow you to enforce a "no marijuana/no drug" clause in your lease for pot (though I've seen it happen, once).

My home town Parma.Parma Ranked 32nd Safest City Nationwide Share on facebookShare on twitterShare on emailParma, OH - The city of Parma has been given quite an honor.The city has been ranked as the 32nd "safest city" in the United States by Morgan Quinto Press - a private research and publishing company specializing in state and city reference book.The group looked at all American cities with a population of 75,000 or more that reported data to the FBI for six categories of crime: murder, rape, robbery, aggravated assault, burglary and motor theft.Parma Mayor Dean DePiero said that he is particularly proud of the ranking because the city's police department has been understaffed for several years."

Unsavory characters aside, from a risk perspective I wouldn't want to see any type of chemically-based processing in a residential building.Butane hash oil processing gets a lot of press for the explosions it causes, and most reputable processors are moving to closed-loop systems.
