Kash Chau Stairs canopy, is it a good solution?

I feel as though a stair canopy may be a little much, especially if the area you live in doesn't receive a lot of harsh winter conditions like snow and hail.

this may sound harsh but if you don't know the answer you shouldn't have rented it out in the first place.Know your state landlord tenant laws.Rental business has highs and lows and income will vary if tenants don't pay rent and units are vacant due to evictions, or maintenance down time, or if unit is down between tenants.. if you can't afford at least a 5% loss in income on a property you shouldn't consider it as a business you can afford to be in.

There was no chance of getting sued or having any earnest money stripped from my client because we followed the purchase contract and backed out in our appropriate due diligence phase.Not to be too harsh on your agent, but it might serve you to speak with other agents to get a second opinion.
