I have a girlfriend that should be my fiancé (can't afford a ring, much less a wedding)  who wants to start a family (DEFINITELY can't afford that) a mother with hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills (I should be home taking care of her) and deteriorating friendships that I thought would last a lifetime.

If there is one way to make a friendship go bad, it is borrowing and not being totally clear on every detail about how things will work out.

This is a business arrangement not a friend ship.

So if i got it right, you are saying that I should build the friendship with the customer and try and get as much info out of them and prepare an offer, send it and move on?

I life-long partnership that will become very profitable, not just in money, but in friendship.

Guys, all good relationship that matters is how good you keep your checking account and your credit card with but none of this personal friendship with the people inside matter.
