The issue in these cases was just because you are a limited partner in the eyes of the LLC world, you are not a limited partner for PAL.

They will be your eyes and ears for your STR and you will depend on them heavily if you are to do STR's remotely. 

Farther away means you are less likely to keep your eyes on it.
