I have a great property located in a downtown area that is currently listed for commercial.

Does anyone in the Phoenix area have recommendations on a quality cleaning company who handles short term rentals in Downtown Phoenix?

Multiple developers with insane over-asking cash offers, properties well-outpacing the appreciation rates of even statewide averages, and renters / buyers continuing to pay these figures due to the scarcity of housing within an hour's commute of downtown Boston.  

My area of expertise is in the very hot downtown area of Greenville.

Thought I would share our success so far and some before/after pictures.We purchased our house in an up and coming Clearwater, FL neighborhood that is very close to the Pinellas trail (a great biking/walking trail that runs the length of our county and is a huge feature in our parts) and just 2 miles from booming downtown Dunedin, FL with tons of great restaurants, breweries, shops, and festivals. 

Also, would you recommend going further away from down town (ex: 21206) or buying closer to down town and hoping the area gets much better?

If you are high income coders you will find a new high rise to lock yourself inside secured cameras and triple gates like in downtown.

Roof may need some work and there is a 2 car garage in terrible condition that might need to be torn down to make room for tenant parking spots.Property 2: On market 90 dayslist- 199,900 (considering offer of 178k)Taxes- 5400Rents-975PITI-1600Good neighborhood but further from colleges and down town area than property 1. outdated building, black mold in attic needs to be removed, basement is in rough shape and needs to be overhauled.
