After a few weeks of digesting information i've come to the conclusion the most valuable things to learn and mastering in RE are Deal Analysis (Finding a good deal) and RE Finance (creative financing).I'm looking for some direction on what to specifically do to master these two concepts.

Surveying gets pricey on larger tracts, I think they charge by the linier foot. call a surveyor and tell you exactly what's involved.

At least one of the tracts is marketed as a multi-generational home and I can't wait to see how they perform this Spring.
