Is he working in a delicate area or can see that you have valuables everywhere?

New exterior, Roof, Kitchen, Bath, Hardwood Flooring, Granite, Deck, A/C & Heat, and Hot Water Heater.im 33 yrs old and I have a w2 income and net $50k a year. i also just started my own small business (metal fabrication shop), but it is not profitable yet.  

I've made posts in the past when I was "sure" I had a deal and it was delicately pointed out by BP that I did NOT have a deal and to move on.

However, I'm trying to think of the most delicate way to say this...

I've done some welding and fabrication projects as a small side business while finishing school. 

I can't ever remember seeing a mobile home all by itself on a lot nor have I ever seen one on a lot next to a regular home.What is the a difference between a trailer home, mobile home, modular home, pre-fabricated home and manufactured home.

I love how I come to this site and am constantly hearing about all these anti-wholesaling laws that are fabricated by real estate brokers and lawyers.

We are on our 6th modular project and about to do another 200 unit all steel modular fabrication development.

Also, stains on couch cushions and the fabric on the dining room chairs that might not come out.

My goal in real estate is be able to live comfortably off of the passive income from my investments, getting away from my day job as a scheduling manager at a mid-size heavy metal fabrication company.
