Hello all, I'm brand new to the game and excited to get the snowball rolling! Im about to finish up my BS degree at Weber State. I have an extensive background in construction, both commercial and residential, new homes builds, remodels etc. I've done some welding and fabrication projects as a small side business while finishing school. I have a wife and two kiddos, Jack and Ellie. My wife and I bought a duplex about 15 months ago that we have lived in while going to school, and collecting rent each month has made me want to keep buying more rentals. Im interested in multi and single family rentals, doing flips, and I'm anxious to learn about wholesale and other real estate investing opportunities. Say hello if you want to get to know me!
