I ask because I am considering getting mine or licensing my daughter.

We have a daughter that is in her 3rd year at The University of Arkansas and is doing quite well.It sounds like you have learned a bunch so I will consider that in what I write you tonight.  

I am 60 years old now and have a daughter at the University of Arkansas but we live just outside of Dllas Texas and are about 6 hours away.  

I even had cute and colorful bandit signs drawn by my daughter.

Only then did I pull the death certificate to find out they had a daughter.

She told us she was raising her 3 grandchildren for her daughter and usually she was there in person to meet with us but on some occasions we would meet with the "Baby Sitter" instead and we always thought that the "Baby Sitter" was actually the daughter and that she was the one actually living in the house but we couldn't prove it.

Currently, my wife, son, soon-to-be-born-daughter, and I live in a 3bed/2bath condo (bottom unit) in the Northwood area.

So I was under contract on a house that we were about to fix and flip and the owner of the property was already old and on her death bed but she had her daughter as power of attorney.  

My husband and I just closed on a house which we will be renting to our daughter and her family.
