EXTERIOR IPMC 604.3 - The rear receptacle must have GFCI protection.LOWER LEVEL IPMC 704.2 - One smoke detector is required in the bedroom.IPMC 604.3 - Install a grounding jumper wire (bond) across the water meter. #8 copper.

At least in other areas they do inspections to ensure the things like smoke detectors are installed and working.I'm learning about SDIRA currently and hear many people using this to acquire property.Good luck to you....

I would have more sympathy for the guy who sat there in the dark because he couldn't afford rent and utilities, than to someone who just decides to steal what they won't pay for (starving people in third-world countries without money stealing food excepted).
