We'll likely be building in Cascade and don't want a cookie cutter cul de sac development but instead are eyeing 1 acre + plots of land that will allow for a bit more of a custom feel with privacy. 

I don't see much change coming here unless you're in Midland/Odessa where the rig count is dropping like a rock.

I am all good with my tenants.I do think that we need to get good local and national representation, I have not been completely satisfied with many of the landlord groups who I have seen in articles.Regardless, you will always have nut-bags who think the system is immoral or that it is rigged.

its a small department there in MS its on lakeland blvd you can walk right in and talk to one of their enforcement officers in person ( pre covid) and figure out how to do it.Now granted this law is broken everyday in Jackson you just need to go to the RIG meetings to figure that out  LOL
