The units are so bad (or unsafe) that a large portion of the student population won't touch them.These are "student related" but I'll guess that my thesis on vacancies, evictions, lack of rent collection due to "apartment of last resort" are more likely.And I'll also posit (with a greater degree of conviction) that you *do not* want to be the "cheap" student rental building.

They arrested the guy for burglary, and he actually got convicted, served time, and was ordered to pay restitution.
