If you haven't already done so read the free e-book (the ultimate beginners guide) and also listen to the podcasts.

It sounds like you've got a pretty good foundation built but definitely take Paul & Dmitriy's advice and set up your keyword alerts, read the free e-books, and link up with some other local real estate people.

Complimentary to that issue, it would seem that the key fields/parameters are often not mandatory for the agent/person posting the listing.

The Real Estate Agent's Ultimate Guide to Working With InvestorsLots of good advice has been given but I'll just add that you should read that ebook and also attend the local investor's association meetings to find the actual investors in your area. 

You should consider writing an e-book and putting it on the Marketplace for sale.
