tenants rights group is demanding jury trials for evictions. 

After the trial it is $97 dollars per month.

I think they both have free trials though so you can decide for yourself which works best for you too without being out any cash.

They offer a free trial as well.

That said the documentation is useless until you are in court, the fact is it seldom gets all the way through the jury trial because it is just too expensive.

Just had to find out from trial and air what works for me and my clients.
