If is in the street the city will clean it. 

I ended up hiring one of my LTR tenants as a house manager to handle all of the cleanings, turnover and provides my local eyes and ears.  

You’re right, I believe im going to pass on this property and wait for something a little more “simple” and “clean”. 

I always have nice looking places with mowed lawns, clean porches and clean houses.  

I like my landlord just fine and there are zero issues on either side concerning payments, repairs, upkeep/cleaning, or anything else.

We now have a Flight Attendant managing the house for us and keeping it clean and organized.

I think in the last few years the syndications cleaned up.

Your house looks very clean and new, but lacking a little character with no artwork. 

If so, it will be nice and clean since you will be their agent.

The home inspector was rude to me the buyer's agent and even accused me to work for the seller, as I was continuously asking him questions on how much that issue that he was making a big deal will cost to be fixed ( $15), how long it will take for the house to fell down because there is a bit of rust on the railing of the balcony of a 5-year-old home ( answer 60+ years if the railing is not cleaned and repainted  which was $100 worth repair).You get the message.
