One was barking at one, the other two were minding their own business and the GSD came at us and attacked and we weren't on their property, etc.We also had a sweet female black lab that out of the blue attacked my ex's friend and bit his hand.So, you just never know.

In areas where it's hard to find a landlord to accept pets, or large breed dogs (not necessarily pit bulls), like the SF Bay Area, you can get that higher rent just because you're willing to take labs or greyhounds, for instance.So, you can get a higher rent.

They were able to get a better selection of good applicants, but people who had labs or greyhounds, etc.Otherwise, it's got to be the price.
