One was barking at one, the other two were minding their own business and the GSD came at us and attacked and we weren't on their property, etc.We also had a sweet female black lab that out of the blue attacked my ex's friend and bit his hand.So, you just never know.

Look at this not that so that I can use this house as a drug lab. 

I have prospective tenants for my SFR with two dogs (85lb lab, 25lb schnauzer), and in addition to the $500 deposit, will ask for a monthly fee for the pets.  

To give you all a brief bio, we are both 3rd year graduate students at Georgia Tech studing physics and chemistry.

I'm not sorry to see her go. 2 labs and 2 cats in 1046 sqft 2 level town home was inappropriate.

Are they just going to create a meth lab? 

In areas where it's hard to find a landlord to accept pets, or large breed dogs (not necessarily pit bulls), like the SF Bay Area, you can get that higher rent just because you're willing to take labs or greyhounds, for instance.So, you can get a higher rent.  

They were able to get a better selection of good applicants, but people who had labs or greyhounds, etc.Otherwise, it's got to be the price.  

I've installed Adura LVT by Mannington in our home and it has withstood our 5 year old, a 70 pound lab and a crazy pitbull with NO signs of wear at all!

I was trying to remember where it was that I was advised not to trust applicants who wanted to pay up front, and remembered it was back when there was a big problem with meth labs in the SF Bay Area.
