Obviously lines are already being drawn but at some point even the extreme left will need to recognize the economy is getting slammed and they need to stop it with the eviction ban.  

I charge a premium fee, higher rent, and require them to carry an appropriate insurance policy with my company listed as an additional interest to protect us against lawsuits.You may decide it's not worth the effort and outright ban them, which is what I used to do.

The government eviction bans, ostensibly designed to help tenants, are forcing me to play more defense and only rent to people who are probably on their way to be home owners in a few years anyways.

But my main concern is that though they are unsanitary, they still look like a candidate to use the CDC's (unconstitutional) order to ban evictions under specific circumstances. 

You don't pay right then and there and they will ban you and reauction the property.   

I wanted to ask if anyone ran into any trouble wholesaling before in a state that has banned it?

I totally agree our city out here actually put a 90 day ban on new STR permits because investors and 2nd home owners are purchasing properties out here left and right.

The clerks should be able to give you a better idea of what you would need to present to the court to have them accept the eviction case.At this late time I would not try cash for keys until after the ban is lifted.

I got him banned from the local groups and once this info came out several others had similar stories.

But often times, it leads me to wonder why there isn't a ban to keep some people from ever going into a Home Depot.
