It's myself, my brother and best friend and we don't have that much between us but we're looking to be creative and get our first property and grow from there.

I intent to start real estate investing with my older brother, Nick Seaver, who is currently serving as an active duty military member.

My brother is a GC so I should have some decent connections for repair and maintenance.

Hello, I am in the process of buying an investment home with my brother as a cosigner, his income is qualifying the loan, but I have the money for closing and down payment in my account. do to a bankruptcy I had that wont clear for a few months the sale is on hold. my brother will qualify on his own, but proof of funds is with me on the bank account only.

Hey thanks Aaron,You reminded me that i forgot to mention I am  not alone, i am working with my older brother(that all ready lives there for 2y) as partners, he is 28 with multiple businesses  hige credit score  good history with the banks and of course cash. so finance is covered its more about starting to find deals and bulid a good team to put it to work when we do :)
