I own several properties in Cape Coral and one of my houses is in the area where that is projected to happen in 2017.

Finally a darker, rich saturated color (or sometimes black) exclusively for the entry door only.

Both are a great way to get started slow and learn the basics, before jumping unprepared into wholesaling and risking to get a black eye and walk away to quickly from what could be a great career opportunity for you.

I currently own property in Cape Coral and have been looking at Port Charlotte as well.
