(option B)My biggest question is not able to decide between option A vs option B.If i go with option A tenants can manage that area well using their own landscapers every once in 2 weeks like that.

The biggest issue that came with this method is that it still works great for VRBO, but now after an AirBnb booking I have to ask the guest for their email to get this process started.Zapier is also monitoring for the returned signed RA and that point then sends out all the info the guests needs for their stay.The rest of the email automation is handled by the PMS.My biggest pain, is when I get a difficult guest, or when things break mid stay.

Biggest issue would be financing and, of course, you wouldn't get to take advantage of appreciation.

Having over 10 years of experience in the electrical field, and correcting numerous poorly executed electrical installations, one of the biggest value adds that I have is this experience.

Location, location, location should be your biggest consideration and I'd strongly recommend staying within an hour of where you live.

Hey @Joseph Johnston - I'm a broker and investor in NYC, and I've done deals in Bronx.Multifam in the boroughs are moving slower than usual, especially if it's not completely turnkey and/or has any tax incentives on it. 

The biggest problem is that the woman can not afford to live there.

@Bruce LynnThey could but in reality it’s not the actual federal govt employees that are the biggest factor it’s all the lobbyists and government contractors that flock the area.Every large company has a contingent of people here to grease the pockets of all the politicians
