I can't believe that the agent can behave in any way they chose to and perform or not perform, and you are still obligated to pay them and cannot switch to a service provider who will actually represent your interest in to any degree satisfactory manner...

I wouldn't recommend playing the equity game when we're likely in a peak market.Different markets behave differently, but my experience shows that condos don't appreciate the way a single-family does, and condos tend to have growing expenses and other issues.

Currently, my unit is being turned over (painted, repaired) from tenants who lived there for 5 years.I will be having my contractor itemize the following costs for repairs to deduct from their security deposit of $2200.Are these fair and reasonable deductions that go beyond reasonable wear and tear?
