in regards to participating in Auction.com; online auctions, (and an out of country investor with boots on the ground to mobilize any rehab after the fact and peak in windows before hand) ....is there any immediate hick up I am not seeing, regarding funding, earnest money, anything else, that should keep an out of country investor sidelined......I have never participated in an online auction and would like to participate while I am out of country....fear, unknown is keeping me sidelined.mattlooking at florida market particpation, jacksonville fl

It was a tax certificate, in Alabama... but Alabama is a different mess... but I think it applies here as a “tax deed” in regards that I had possession of the property.It was an outstanding fire due that I think should have been included in the auction.

@Elizabeth Wilson its far to early in the process.. having done this for many years before it became ILLEGAL in our state the only way we bought them was within 48 hours of the auction and usually the day before.you need big time cash and big time risk and you need to have in at title company that will give you a date down on the phone.. if your in a title abstract state that takes for ever to run title I don't see this as any kind of viable.
