I noticed the crime map layer on the map view of Realtor.com was removed today; see the article below for rationale.

I requested a lot more than I probably needed, but I wanted the detail which included interior, exterior and drone views.

You could also keep talking to people about real estate, and eventually you'll find someone that has similar world views/risk views as you. 

Having this bird’s eye view of my income for the next few years, how can/should I be optimizing this situation?

Viewed another way the house generated $9,400 per month in appreciation over the last 9 years. 

Private remarks (at least in our MLS) can only be viewed by real estate agents, so I have a search set up in our MLS for the Private remarks as well.
