Question 2: I want to use an anonymous Wyoming LLC with a registered agent, as they're very good for privacy and asset protection.

Anyone able to get me in touch with someone re: silly me putting my real name and trying to have some sort of  anonymity from tenants.  

Now, there are some additional legal protections or anonymity in certain states (DE or WY), but we don’t need the extra protections (and we’d have to register the out-of-state LLC in the state they’re located anyway which is a similar process to establishing an LLC anyway).

I’d check the city website first or call anonymously.

I think the question you need to ask yourself is what is your exit strategy , what is your hold time and how are you planning to keep the asset protected meaning in an LLC for anonymity, multiple owners, do you plan on getting umbrella policy ?

The fifth pillar is owning everything anonymously.

I've always just held my property in my name and easily discovered LLCs, but on my to-do list now is how to get them into an anonymous ownership entity without upsetting my mortgage companies or insurance company.  

Then, after you purchase the property, you transfer it into a land trust that is owned by an LLC to accomplish anonymity and protection (respectively accomplished by each of those legal tools).

I'm not saying I want anonymity for greed or anything like that...
