On my company FB page (Pine Springs Homesteads) I made a video specifically for identifying load bearing walls.

Right now, Huntsville, Jacksonville, Birmingham, and Oxford are looking promising and fit well with our goals.I’m planning to visit these areas soon to check out potential investments in person, with my partner who lives in Anniston, AL.

I visited 6 apartment complexes this week across two Midwest metro area and saw only one EV, which was owned by the regional manager, not a resident.  

I cannot wait for you to visit there

Visit your court house, city hall, etc and see what you can find out about permitting and go from there.
