our market is in Columbus Ohio and we are currently doing infill as a strategy. single family home by right can be built on any infill lot in columbus but for multifamily this strategy becomes part of entitlements and rezoning.

Sometimes it is used, sometimes it's not, but it is an available amenity. 

If you can split each into 3 or more lots and put a 2020 mobile home on each lot, I think you would get more bang for your buck.

How did you finance this deal?

I first pursued my studies in Nursing and Pre-Med at Monroe Community College and SUNY Brockport, with the intention of becoming an OR Nurse.

My company currently manages 15 properties, with 20+ leads in the pipeline, and we’re expecting to double our portfolio this year.
