and if you can trim back that tree, you may have fewer leaves falling directly into it...could be the angle but it looks very close, almost overhead....they make all types of screens but I like to just clean them out and like see where it is clogged or filling up and how it flows That deciduous tree I would trim way back or even remove if a rental...best of luck

I purchased properties that did not need major work (clean, paint, refinish floors, one house the tenant took all the trim throughout the house...never figured that one out).
