and if you can trim back that tree, you may have fewer leaves falling directly into it...could be the angle but it looks very close, almost overhead....they make all types of screens but I like to just clean them out and like see where it is clogged or filling up and how it flows That deciduous tree I would trim way back or even remove if a rental...best of luck 

I purchased properties that did not need major work (clean, paint, refinish floors, one house the tenant took all the trim throughout the house...never figured that one out).

He also said that the market demands very high quality work, trim and appliances.

After having to cut a hole in a closet wall and pay my plumber to replace both (ending up with a large, ugly trim ring) all was well.

With a  repair, I supposed it could be trimmed out and covered as there are no windows on this end of the house.

Tile, paint, trim work, cabinet install, landscaping, etc...

Just be careful to choose trim colors which accent but do not overwhelm.

We run 16 guys right now and the toughest to find are good drywall finishers and good trim finishers. 

Does not include trim (unless it comes with the door), and does not include door knob/lock install or paint.For exterior paint: budget $0.75 - $1.50/sf for two colors + primer and some prep. 

.* Can you go a bit smaller and get to a standard size with slightly larger trim?
