If you are looking at higher end looking appliances you can always go with stainless steel front appliances, it will save you a bit of money but still give you a more upscale feel.

For anything that's an emergency, myself or one of my representatives will make all arrangements and meet with the contractors at the home, and under those circumstances we generally dictate the terms directly to the tenant (i.e. there's no heat and the HVAC guy has one slot open this afternoon, that's when we are going to be there regardless of convenience).

As part of the contract, I stated tenants had to be gone (non issue), stainless steel appliances stay, yard debris needed to be cleared out (looked like Sanford and son...).Tenants moved out and destroyed the place.

How they look is more important, they need to match each other in color, and obviously stainless steel is 'in' right now.The only exception would be if this is a high-end area where all your competition is using GE.
