If this property is 1 mile from the beach near Charleston or Hilton Head, this is a solid deal.

So I suggest you raise the bar a bit regarding the neighborhood you select in future (but still aim for the same sort of discounts).I find it "interesting" that you've chosen to borrow up to the hilt on your own primary (which generates no income), but are happy to splash cash all around for your investments.Many would suggest you try to redress the balance somewhat, sooner than later.

Hi, I purchased a rental property in a beach front condo complex on Hilton Head Island and am trying to determine the land value.

I'll be staying at one of the Hilton Disney properties and am coming to house hunt.  

David I like Hilton and Marriott but it's not just the flag...your operator, the location and how well you bought the property are key considerations to ensure you don't suffer even during down markets.

However check out Hilton Cabana Miami Beach nearby 72.
