If so, maybe we need to end our relationship now.I really wanted to go with another painter who I liked better but these guys can do the flooring as well and I couldn't find a good flooring contractor separately so I chose them.Anyway, any advice on how to approach this topic with the contractor?

Some people are their own general contractor and manage the painters, carpenters, electricians, plumbers etc.If you had a contractor that could do 7 rehabs in a year and manage all of these sub contractors I would be impressed.

You may need to find an old painter, as the better painters have good eyes, and they know stains and finishes.

The president and vice president, decided on their own to pay a painter 9000 to paint 2 of the buildings without notice or approval of any of the other units.

Now painters will have all those holes as well as the seams to finish vs just the seams.
