My property in 63112 is south of Delmar, and walking distance from Washington University in St.

Its a great rental area, in downtown, a few miles from the university, and the units are rented at a great rate in its current condition. 

Others love the "up and coming areas" like Tremont, Ohio City, and University Circle. 

I graduated from high school last year, with around 8 accpetance letters to a few state universities in California and a few community colleges in different parts of the country. 

My favorite areas are close to NC State University, Holly Springs, Knightdale, E Raleigh inside the beltline, parts of Durham, and Apex, but all for different reasons.  

This is a little off-topic but since both @Bob Malecki and @Dave Van Horn were already in here, are websites like The Paper Source University legitimate?
