Based on this I am considering going naked in regard to EQ coverage for this specific property.

A traditional bank will not give a line of credit even if there is significant equity because it boils down to being able to pay back the money. 

If there are lots of homes on the market, then that's good for people looking to buy.

And on the buyer side it's just brutal without inventory.
