A mentor will just give you occasional feedback, people want to help but they aren’t going to give you tons of time.

I  have been listening to BP for about a year and a half as well as occasionally reading through the form.

I have a few wholesalers that also occasionally send me deals but it's a tough market to be a wholesaler in for the most part and it's hard to find good wholesalers operating in this market IME.    

I help owner occupant Buyers occasionally purchase mobile homes which is a challenge.

Have friend you can stay with for those occasional weekends (HOA willing of course).

Occasionally lend or JV on other projects but that less common for me.

Potentially OK for the occasional email, but nowhere near the bandwidth that streaming Internet TVs trying to pull HD signals demand. 

Personally I have one coming up and I'm going to pay my agent to drive by occasionally on top of putting a Simpli Safe in there.
