Very helpful.It has been instrumental in coming back from a rough foreclosure that trashed my credit.I bank with wellsfargo and I think it's like 12 bucks a month I get an email everytime a positive or negative item is listed on my credit I also get access to my score monthly.

Basically the clause reads as follows:1.DISTURBANCE, SMOKING, NOISE, ILLEGAL USE: Neither the LESSEE nor his family, friends, relatives, invitees, visitors, agents or servants shall make, permit or suffer any disturbing noises or vibrations by means of a human voice, radio, phonograph, stereo, television, piano or other musical instrument or other device or form of technology of any description within the building or Premises, nor commit or permit any nuisance to exist thereon, nor cause damage to the building or Premises, nor create or permit any substantial interference with the rights, comfort, safety or enjoyment of the LESSOR or other occupants of the same or any other apartment in the building, nor make any use whatsoever thereof than as and for a private residence.

I also do not like the fact that sellers are placed "on hold" with music while the calls are slowing cycling through to the live operators.I have resorted to using a good old fashion live person I have hired myself to answering the calls and hiring / training them myself.

At this point I have enough to proceed with a (civil superior court or potentially small claims) money owed case against the individuals (piercing the veil will be required by the plaintiff, so proof of the 'instrumentality rule'...)It didn't kill me.
