Hello... i posted this question in another one of my posts, so i don't know if i can post the same question again so, just let me know if i am breaking any regulation here please.

Does anyone here knows if there is any licensing regulations and or requirement/procedure to follow, in order to promote MTN and BG instruments?

Also, what would be a good place to hang out and find good information about those?
