At that time they were meeting at UCLA, I think now some other venue in the same general area.They normally have great speakers and cover a variety of topics. 

If so, I don’t believe BP is the appropriate venue. 

At $100, I thought they weren't charging enough.I think if you were to provide quality info, in a decent venue, with networking opportunities, a price point of $600-$900 per each day of the event is a fair price to pay.

This is due to being a drivable area, a great value for families and of course the new venues/activities this area offers. 

If we get bigger we can always look at different venues, but that's something we can discus when we meet up.

Any political imbalances would likely to be rebalanced pretty quick if it got really bad here - too much rooted $$$$$.Overall, I think there is a cooling going on, but we still have a backlog of major projects in the LA area, and major venues like the LucasFilm Museum, Olympics in 2028, etc. and continued growth in transit options.

Popular for venues, weddings, event spaces, etc. 

My towns have restaurants, movie theaters, live music venues, concerts on the green, great schools, and more.

Look at EaDo.... they built out a whole part of the city chasing a few trendy bars and venues (ha).
