This is more for my record keeping, I guess you can say a form of journaling my growth..So out of the 1st set of direct mail letters (36 targeted properties) I sent out this past friday (6 days ago) I just received my 1st call form a very motivated seller, AWESOME SAUCE!!

I have not worked with Xero, but have read more good than bad about it in the CPA community, Peachtree is not bad, but unlike QB, if you change your mind about how a check is posted, you have to post a journal entry to change in.

Save every penny you can for the next year, scrimp on everything, consider having a room mate, try keeping a money journal and writing down every dime you spend (beleive me its revealing), if your wife is not working get her out there.

From an article by Dana Mattioli of the Wall Street Journal, I like these simple, common sense tips for property photos for a listing: 1.Turn on lots of lights and use a flash. 2.Remove clutter, clear counter space. 3.Use a good photo editing software to lighten up photos, crop them, etc. 4.USE A PROFESSIONAL.

In fact, high-end homes are selling too but comparatively speaking, anyways.According to the Wall Street Journal, sales of homes priced between $750,000 and $1 million rose 53% in October, when compared to the same month one year ago.
