Just desperately trying to narrow things down 😅 

Do it now, often times we hire people when we desperately need them.

I would think that if they got desperate, I could probably get each deal for around 85k if they got desperate enough.

I am in South Florida and have a long waiting list of clients seeking rentals and are desperate.

Desperate people will take you up on it... and we have done it through a wholesaler where we responded to their ad... but as mentioned - ultimately we were taking advantage of someone's bad situation.  

Me, I am incredibly DESPERATE. 

Realtors who do this for their clients are, in general, inexperienced and desperate.

They are not more likely or less likely to sell.Wouldn't you agree that the chances of someone having plenty of money, and therefore bought 2 houses, (because they can afford it) are MUCH higher than someone having 2 houses and desperately need to sell one?

I am absolutely not that desperate for business to let people treat me rude just so I can get a client, whether or not you recognize/admit you were rude is irrelevant. 

If your answer is because they are desperate, you aren't looking to build a career in this, you are looking to take advantage.Grow up, stop acting like a frat kid looking to crack jokes and get two high fives, read the real advice, and build a business plan around your business.
